Constant Contact is Hiring a Billing analyst Near Watertown, MA
The Billing Analyst will be responsible for monitoring the bad debt process for all three Constant Contact brands. The right candidate will be well organized, assertive, and willing to engage our customers in tough conversations.
This role is hybrid in Waltham, MA and will require two to three in office days per week.
What you'll do :
- Supervise accounts, across all brands, to identify unresolved debts.
- Research and implement effective collection techniques.
- Follow-up with clients on overdue accounts.
- Respond to client account queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process incoming customer payments via check (2-3 times a week)
- Process customer credits and refunds and communicate with customer support personnel
Who you are :
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of billing and collection processes.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly-skilled in negotiation.
- Good administrative skills.
